Teaching is one of the purest forms of sharing and guiding aspiring students towards their path and goals. Moreover, success in life is a matter of concentration and perseverance.
At Arya College, we have been following these principles and philosophy since its inception. We are committed organization with the aim of building future engineers. With the Arya team of management and staff we have been working on the new teaching methodologies and ideas for benefit of students. Channelizing students towards their path of success is a key motto of our organization.
It is definitely true that investing on the knowledge of the budding heroes of future pays the best interest and seeing our students working hard and making them determined, makes me feel proud and we do it as our prime duty.
Do with the changing technology does the objective of education changes? However, I feel like leading and guiding my team in order to inspire these young minds to channelize their creative energies towards high-yielding, purposeful and innovative work with the new learning and technology. As there is envision of emerging trends in the education, Arya college of Engineering and IT desires at holistic development of students, and keeping in mind the maintenance of erudite ideology by acuminating their skills with the anticipated level of capability and character.
One purpose of coming online with this platform is to bridge the gap between our management and students. It’s been pretty observed that students are very keen to express their ideas and discuss their issues with teachers and management but facing a lack of a direct channel to serve the purpose. Another purpose is to find a way to ventilate my opinion and thoughts on various subjects ranging from industry to societies on which I have been facing an urgent urge from my inner-self.
This will also allow us to facilitate intellectual encouragement to generate, maintain and disseminate knowledge and to empower the aspirants to meet the challenges of collaboration and competition in the global environment.
We have taken various initiatives on in last many years, which were oriented towards society, environment and industry. We have strong determination to increase our share of time, energy and resources towards these initiatives in future also. I will be presenting and discussing such ideas and activities here for developing a better understanding and to prepare a more efficient blueprint to proceed with.
