- People-oriented: Put your relationships in the center of your life. Cultivate the habits of kindness, patience, understanding, and compassion. This will make you a wonderful human being. It also promotes positive thinking lifestyle.
- Health-conscious: Watch your diet. Eat the right food in right proportions. Exercise on regular basis. Your health is the most important single thing you have, and it is completely subject to the habits that you develop with regard to the way you live.
